Agent Jack Delivery OS
Service policy
These terms govern access to Agent Jack Delivery OS, tenant marketplaces, ordering, delivery coordination and Paystack payments.
Business and merchant identity
Agent Jack Intelligent Systems operates Agent Jack Delivery OS in South Africa. Delivery businesses use the platform as separate tenant marketplaces.
The merchant or trading name displayed on the marketplace, Paystack checkout and payment receipt identifies the seller or payment recipient for that transaction. Order support should first be directed to the contact shown on the receipt.
Using the service
- You must be at least 18, provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
- Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders or interfere with other users or businesses.
- Tenants, vendors, staff and drivers may use only the records and functions authorised for their role.
Orders and availability
Products, prices, availability, branch hours and delivery areas are provided by the relevant tenant and merchant. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it.
An order is accepted only when the platform and merchant confirm it. A merchant may reject or cancel an order it cannot fulfil, in which case any verified payment will be handled under the refund policy.
Pricing and payment
The final checkout shows the item subtotal, delivery fee, service fee, small-order fee and total in the displayed currency. Totals and delivery pricing are calculated on the server from the selected merchant, address, route and active pricing rules.
Payments are processed by Paystack. An order is marked paid only after secure payment confirmation. A browser message, screenshot or bank alert alone does not confirm payment in the platform.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Traffic, weather, merchant preparation, address accuracy, customer availability and safety conditions may affect fulfilment.
Customers must provide a reachable phone number, accurate address and safe delivery instructions. The merchant or delivery operator may contact the customer to complete the order.
Cancellations, complaints and refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable South African consumer law. Complaints should include the order number and payment reference so they can be investigated.
Platform availability and third parties
We work to keep the service available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Paystack, maps, email, hosting and other third-party services may have separate terms and outages outside our control.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct loss reasonably connected to the affected order or service.
Law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. The Consumer Protection Act, Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, POPIA and other applicable laws continue to apply.
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material updates will be published with a revised effective date.
