Who this applies to

This policy covers customers, business owners, vendor staff, drivers, support users, and visitors using Agent Jack Delivery OS or a tenant marketplace such as NoQueueEats.

The tenant or merchant named on the marketplace and Paystack receipt may also be responsible for information used to fulfil that order. Agent Jack Delivery OS acts as the platform operator and service provider.

Information we collect

• Account details such as name, email address, phone number, login and verification records.
• Order details such as cart items, restaurant, delivery instructions, status and support history.
• Saved and verified addresses, route distance, delivery zone and location information needed to price and complete delivery.
• Payment references, amount, currency and payment status. Paystack processes payment credentials; the platform does not store full card details.
• Technical and security data such as device, browser, IP address, session and audit records.
• Business information supplied by tenants, vendors, staff and drivers.

Why we use it

• Create accounts, process orders, calculate routes and delivery fees, verify payments and support fulfilment.
• Prevent fraud, secure accounts, enforce tenant boundaries and maintain financial and operational records.
• Provide support, resolve complaints, process refunds and communicate important service updates.
• Meet legal, tax, regulatory, accounting and dispute obligations.
• Improve reliability and understand service performance using limited operational analytics.

Service providers

Information may be shared only as needed with the merchant fulfilling the order, authorised delivery staff, Paystack for payment processing, Google Maps for address and route services, service email providers, and contracted hosting or infrastructure providers.

These providers process information under their own terms or under service arrangements. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain order and payment records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Saved addresses remain until removed or the related account is closed, subject to required record retention.

We use access controls, tenant isolation, encrypted transport, payment confirmation controls, audit records and restricted service credentials. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw optional consent, or lodge a complaint with South Africa’s Information Regulator.

Some order, payment, fraud and legal records cannot be deleted immediately where retention is required or necessary to protect legitimate rights.

Children and changes

The service is intended for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly create payment accounts for children.

Material policy changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
